2009 American Music Awards

A year ago tonight everything started, it all started with a stupid kiss. I told myself time and time again it was only a kiss it meant nothing. Which I found out to be false only two weeks later when we hooked up again. Either way I cant believe its been a year, I cant believe so much has happened. I would have never guessed some of the things that have happened between us, but thats the past and thats where it needs to stay. As much as I can say "what if" or "why" it didnt happen, and it has yet to. There's still something in me thats wants it to happen, not to the extent as in the past, but it sucks having that constant feeling, that constant desire, I cant fucking stand it sometimes. The funny thing and the problem all along, is that youre clueless to all of this.

I have made such a connection to The xx, something I havent done in a REALLY long time. It really blows my mind when kids their age are making music like this. It has become my go-to these past couple of weeks and more so this past week.
